Excuse me,,,

I don't even lurk here, (and hope I'm not being redundant) but still own a few WDCs and have just received a "Notice of Dependency & Settlement of Derivative Actions."

I read it the best I could, but I can't for the life of me figure out if this "settlement" means a penny to regular class stockholders --- or only to those who brought this "Derivative" action.

Any help here?

thanks

< Just got the proxy. They're asking shareholders to autorize an additonal 4M shares for the employee
stock purchase plan.

Given what they've done to shareholder wealth, there's no way I'd reward them. >

Isn't that a damn joke? I say "F..." the G.. damn employees, including that SOB Chuck. More than half of them should be fired anyway. They need to turn this boat around, otherwise we are history. What a POS management, which it goes along with the POS market segment.
