I not only still own it, but have bought more lately-the more research I do on its competitors, customers and especially suppliers (which have been screaming lately a la JDSU) the more I am convinced in the long run Ciena will do fine. But you just need an iron stomach to hold it as the arbs still have memories from last year, and day traders still love to play around with it. Eventually the reality of Ciena's business and the type of customer wins will be reflected in its earnings and stock price, but I have no idea when that will be.
