Hi Rob, What puzzles me about the company saying that it is making getting filed it's top priority is that when a company is in the process of filing they do NOT issue press releases! If they do they just have to start the filing process all over again; or at least this is my understanding of the process; because EVERY press release has to be documented and verified for accuracy as well as being factual. This being the case, there would / should have not been a press release issued until after the filing takes place. That is why I call the filing into question. The company, IMHO, would have done more for the shareholders had they released news that the company is in the process of filing and no news would be forth coming until the filing was completed. This would have instilled a lot of faith in the minds of the shareholders; they would have understood and would be patient for as long as it takes. Perhaps, the company needs to check with corporate counsel before issuing anymore news releases. Dusty
