I'll just add his threats, harassment and attempted abuse of influence to the complaint that I file with the SEC.

On the other hand, he could just disclose that he's a Professional Money Manager, that he's subject to the jurisdiction of the SEC and what specific positions he manages that would benefit from a change in the price of Dell. And end the whole thing. All I've asked is that he disclose here on this thread relevant and required information for a person in his position. And for a Director of Gnet to violate SEC regulations, or at least to create the perception that he's done that.

How abhorrent!

Instead, he's seems to want to take advantage of an information gap he holds over novices in an apparent attempt to unduly influence those in a lesser position.

He really should spend a little more time studying Arthur Levitt's speeches and the SEC rules.

JMHO,
Ian.
