Marco

You beat me to the punch.

Good article...factual, fair and unbiased but also looked really good for JDX. Anyone not knowing about JDX and reading this article is going to take a second look for sure.

Jordex acquired an interest of $1-million (U.S.) in Medsite.com......While Medsite is believed to have raised $25-million (U.S.) to date, Mr. Graham could not say what share of the company is owned by Jordex

We have never talked about JDX's percentage share of Medsite.com but here is a good chance. Since some of this $25-million may be loans and the company executives own shares I would say a very fair estimation of JDX's part in Medsite.com would be 2.5-4%.

Here is the current market capital of some Medical Companies similar to Medsite.com based on their close today.

Drugstore.com (DSCM) - $1.5 Billion (peaked $3 Billion)
Medscape (MSCP) - $500 Million (peaked $900 Million)
DrKoop (KOOP) - $400 Million (peaked $1.6 Billion)
Healtheon Corporation (HLTH) - $2.5 Billion (peaked $10 Billion)

Even just 2.5% of the lowest priced DrKoop would be worth $10 million and if you want your head way in the clouds...4% of Healtheon would be worth $100 million now and $400 million at the peak. Either way they should make out like bandits on this deal.

He stated that, based on the "investment opportunities we've seen, we're more likely to do a Medsite type of deal," and added, "With the kind of cash we have, we could distribute that very nicely." Jordex appears to be concentrating its efforts on identifying companies that have yet to complete an initial public offering, and performing due diligence on the better opportunities.

This is definitely going to open up a whole new line of discussion on the thread. I see it as a very positive and lucrative development if JDX decides to form into a company with a similar structure to ICGE (NASDAQ) or SFE (NY). In recent talks with Jim Graham he has noted that they are weighting towards this option right now. It is late so I am not going to ramble on now why this would be a great move on their part but I will outline in detail in the next few days why a company with this type of structure is probably the best possible move they could do.

Best Regards
KEITH
