Rudy, Are you suggesting that the most popular site for investors should actually support one of its members freedom to speak openly? Are you suggesting that SI should live up to its mandate? Even when a gnet director, who is clearly in a conflict position, gets annoyed? Simply because he was asked to comply with SEC regulations. While I would hope that saner, less biased minds would prevail at SI, one never knows. In this case, Fleck may actually have a minuscule amount of the influence he thinks he does. After all, this isn't the market, it's only a chat site. I must have really struck a nerve for him to choose to abuse his power so blatantly. Best regards, Ian.
