john...re: open access in pennsylvania"

i watched the complete hearings. bottom line the isps want the broadband carriers to separate the isp portion from the carrier portion. the freedom of choice would be solely with the isp. the isp would still have to pay a carrier fee to the broadband. the isp will either have to absorb this cost or pass it to the consumer. isp must make a major investment in interface hardware...or lease it from the current broadband...

other then aol, which provides a "community"...what "real" features does one isp have over another...all very generic....

i think there will be major alliances and cross marketing agreements between the aol,t,athm,of the world...small isps fall by the wayside...its a natural progression of the evolution of a new business sector, where only the strong survive and remain profitable!
