Hi Taff, you can tell this was hastily written. I suspect the author got his facts mixed up, confusing CC with ELH. I now have it from 3 independent sources that they will finally start testing the relief well at ELH today. I think that is the "flare" that article should be "surmising" about. Of course, I wouldn't mind one at CC either, later in the day, but please a nicely controlled one! <gg> Check it out
