Get a mouse with a scroll button. Then you can keep your mouse still while perusing the latest in the Q. That's what technology is for--- allowing humanity to be lazier.

Try left-clicking the mouse in the box of text you are reading. Arrows should work then. Otehrwise arrows bring up a small menu. (Using Explorer 5.0)
