Welcome aboard, Mike. I guess your due diligence went fairly well.

I continue to feel quite positive about the goings on. Though I acknowledge this is a risky play, GMGC is on the good side, finally, of the reset period. McCormick took the fall for his inability to tie down better terms with the Preferreds. Some of the old PR which has been so delayed seems to be finally coming to fruition.MyTalk has the makings of a success story in its own right. I believe we will see some other pleasant surprises during this quarter.

During the past year we have seen the horrible effects of a few rounds of poorly negotiated Convertible financing coupled with terrible delays in the actual rollout of announced partnerships. It took both of these factors to get us where we are today.

Though I am certainly not happy about the fall from grace GMGC had with the market, a short time ago I began to separate what I believed to be the prospects of the company moving forward from the negative feelings I had about the stock price action. What I began to feel, and this was amplified by my trip to Fall Internet, was that a divergence was occuring between how the stock was recently being priced versus what the future held for the company.

I think John Madarasz's perceptions regarding capitulation also deserve merit.

I feel the company has made the right moves recently to finally begin to recognize its potential. It has been handed most of its punishment for the delays and bad financing, though we will still have to deal with the supply of stock that will come to market as the Preferreds cash in their hard earned common stock during the next bunch of rallies (will make some feel it can't hold its gains well enough). Btw, GMGC is aware of the problem.

The market for accessing the Internet by means other than computers is getting more and more attention. So is the whole topic of voice. While GMGC certainly still has hurdles to clear, current pricing represents an excellent reward versus risk, imho. Remember, though, I believe that there are big players who would scarf up this technology for at least current valuation if GMGC couldn't make it on its own (I feel they will make it).

Best wishes to you and all believers in the magic.

Note: I am not telling everyone to believe in magic, but I am extending my good wishes to those who share my belief! ;-)
