You're probably right in your assessment of Fleck.

He is a joke and should be treated
as such.


In any case, he's still not in compliance with SEC regulations. As a director of GNET which now owns SI, he should know that he has additional fiduciary disclosure obligations that don't apply to the average Joe on the street.

Perhaps, we could request that Fleckenstein be suspended from SI for an appropriate period of time. Say, .... forever???. ;-)

I mean a Director of a company flagrantly attempting to abuse his power in an obvious conflict position. Just what is SI coming to?
