Nope, why shouldn MSFT participate in fonx dirty hype games??
fact is, this news had as much substance as a news release like "ALERT Fonix uses Windows. This is the start of astrategic rlationship!"
;-)
Fonx management are shameless Crimi*als, the MMïs and short term traders like to play with this stock for a short term profit. Congrats for those daytraders that understand to surf this wave, but for those who are intending to go long, better bail as long as its above 0.5 Buy some real revenue Voice tech stock like LHSP, or whatever.

Youïll have a chance to buy this crap in one month for 0.125 on the OTC BB, the delisting process is approaching .

I've just "emailed" L&H's tech & investor relation to ask them a few explanations about the fonx release.

Here's a part of the response:

L&H: "Fonix produced an advertisement for the press which does not correspond completely with reality: they do not have been
chosen by MSFT, but they decided to employ an API (Application Platform Interface), which is freely distributed by MSFT, in order
to allow MSFT's applications to use the software of Fonix."

L&H: "LHSP has "system on a chip" technology. Best proof of it is the alliance with the largest manufactor of chips, National
Semiconductor, which intends to install LHSP's technology on all its chips"

Moreover the JV with intel is dedicated to this prospect too...

Regarding wintel and fonx tech:
It seems fonx has nothing to do with wintel. At least it's far behind LHSP!!! because:

L&H:" The technology of LHSP forms part of Operating System of the platform WinCE"

Seems the fonx tech has a long way to go before even competing with L&H's.

regarding handwriting recognition:

fonx has competitors with better tech!

L&H:" The SP2 (dictation software in Cantonese and Mandarin of LHSP) use 'handwriting recognition' of a competitor of Fonix to
facilitate the correction of the dictated text) "

No doubt L&H made their DD before chosing the handwriting recognition tech...from another company.

regarding info appliances:

L&H:"It is obviously for that reason why INTC has a Joint Venture with LHSP for " Intelligent Content Management " in the "
server parks " which they are building, and why MSFT already employs all technologies of LHSP (SMC - compression since 1996;
ASR - Automatic Recognition- Speech and TTS - Text To Speech- since 1997/8; technologies of translation and services of
localization since years...) "

It seems to me it's another "hype in your face" strategy from fonix. Ok now they will be able to develop software for the winCE
platform but then the problem is to find a market for it!

To my question regarding the 40mil$ buy by Jo & Pol, the response was:
L&H:"Yes, since they obtain the permission of the legal department: they can buy only in not-suspect period,i.e. when they currently
do not have " insider information " relating to some contracts under negotiation. "

nothing more nothing less
