Yes, Forbes came up with the perfect taxation plan. And yet, wasn't he ridiculed for it?

How could this be? With the largest tax payers paying such a large percentage. You reduce their share dramatically. Exempt those earning $30,000 or less. Then tax those middle tax payers less and everyones happy......I don't want to sound too cynical but ever hear of "to good to be true"? Some how it seems Forbes is playing with the numbers. After all he wants to get elected,no?
