Now lets short this sucker!! Chuckle. I have mixed emotions. Anyone who goes through the old posts in this thread (and a second here at SI that is also a "vent" for problems at CS), will find my commentary about Pottruck and the old problems. We were not happy campers. However, in those days, we not only had recurring problems, but we also had a "the customer is always wrong" attitude and little effort to make the system match a trader's needs. Things are so improved, both in attitude and capacity. I'm not pleased with the last three days, but....
