Just spoke to Barry Clare at APPI - 212-564-0119.

He stated that the SEC has approved them to become a reporting company. They now have to get
a MM to give them a 15C-211 so they can trade on the OTC:BB again. Could take anywhere from a
couple of days to a couple of weeks.
We are on our way!!!
