Does NOT look like a booked order to me. "Close to announcing" ? That wouldn't go very high in the funnel where I sell, bud.

Sycamore has one customer who is not under contractual obligation to buy anything from Sycamore. So scratch out any projections for revenue from Williams. When I get a free lunch, I will believe in Sycamore!
