I agree. I know here at Treasury, and at the company's we deal with, a lot of new IT projects have been put on hold, and a number of old one's are stalled until after the first of January.

We're at the bottom of the trading range again. Last time it hit 11, it went up pretty decently, and before that when it hit 10 7/8, it rose all the way to 14 1/2 (it did have a little help from Barrons that time). So I am guessing this is a triple bottom? I went ahead and bought 1000 more shares at 11 1/8 in the hopes that it holds 11, and starts up again.

Any thoughts on the fourth quarter results? I see that CHRZ has broken out of its 14 - 15.5 range. Anyone know when the e-business spinoffs will occur?
