Robert I was not disagreeing. Not at all. I am just wondering how you value VARL with other potential investments...

"Look at it this way. EMC had sales of $3.9 billion last year, up 35% from the year before. Over the last five years it has increased its cash hoard to $1.5 billion, kept its long-term debt and obligations low, grown shareholders equity and spun off increasing levels of cash from operating activities. Return on average equity, a measure of how efficiently a company uses shareholders' money, grew to 28% in 1998 from 27% in 1997. EMC, as any shareholder will tell you, is on solid ground."
