great find andyman, ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 1999--Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. (OTC BB:ADOT - news) holding of BioModa Inc. has received from BioLabs Inc. a letter of intent to purchase 100 percent of BioModa Inc. from its stockholders, on a share for share exchange. The total value of the transaction would be in excess of $22 million. ADOT's approximate 20 percent holding in BioModa Inc. would be exchanged for approximately an 8.5 percent interest in BioLabs Inc. looks like BNEZ just got a 2 million dollar cash injection, now lets see here, we can get our old dividend that we never plus a new one of say 5 cents per share would be very nice Jack and Mikey, payable to shareholders as of Oct 1, 1999. it would be nice to see some news or something on our spin offs, but i will take a free divi right now this does bold we for BNEZ for now, mitchell

here is info on the company that we are getting stock in last trade was 4 bucks per share, so BNEZ is going to be getting a cash injection pretty soon here of 1 million bucks Biolab Inc (BILB) Last Prev.
