HI CLINT! I look at part of the S&M list(i take out the ones with very low volume like SMDK) almost daily but stick mostly to your older large cap list. For me it's first practising with the S&M and getting a little bit an eye for them and getting used to their volatility. I'm not trading them but for me it's still continuing the game and learning. I might start trading them with tiny lots of 50 shares like Iris Shih did last year with the nets. That would be a real life test but without the higher stakes for me. Regarding "sticking to plan". I still get too strongly influenced by the daily activity(the noise) and then loose that that little bit of "vision" that i might have. But i will develop to get beyond that over time as long as i stay with the learning process. Stefan
