Sarkie, that was out on Tuesday here. Of course we're sorry to see anyone leave, but all is well. It is good to remember that Charter began as Cencom Cable around 1980 or 81, was then sold to Hallmark Cards which changed its name to Crown. It in turn was sold to these guys and became Charter.

Sarkie and All~ couple of things...have any of you requested a prospectus? The one I ordered is on its way...
Also interested in why you thought Barry Babcock leaving Charter wasn't good news..... Also thought it was interesting that this PR release mentioned:
"following the close of all pending transactions, Charter will serve more than 6.2 million customers."
