In September, the US Patent Office issued a ruling favoring AFFX. INCY has appealed that ruling referred to as an "interference" ruling which I considered the win(cannot define interference ruling)! Could use some legal help in better understanding what the ruling implied, but I did take the issue of an appeal as an indication that AFFX had a win under its belt.Could be oversimplified logic on my part! Well, time will tell, but the respective share prices of AFFX and INCY suggest few major investors were waiting for the outcome of the appeal. biz.yahoo.com Pleasant weekend to all! IMO AFFX is one helluva looking chimp with Gorilla potential. Market has a way of making monkey's out of us all, but the field gets leveled and then some when we pick one of those Gorillas.
