just had a friend of mine's uncle who has been in realestate for over 30 years tell me to wait, he says "we are at the top..." I'm in southern NH....

Oh sure, but not because everyone was in real estate, because that has always been the case. Similarly, just because a larger subsection of the public are in stocks by itself is not reason for the stock market to crash. In fact, it is a very good sign as the asset base of the country is broadening.
