Actually, I think companies would go public even earlier under your rules. Not only that, but there is scant evidence that management dumps their shares on open market after six months in companies like this.

True, they've announced only two customers and $25 million. But how do you know what they've got lined up? You don't. We heard the same complaint about JNPR, only $10 mil in rev. But after their IPO, the next qtr was $17 mil. This qtr it was $30 mil. That's $57 ytd with a qtr to go, making it one of the fastest growing cos. of all time.

Unless you attended SCMR's road show or talked to their customers/prospects, you really would have little basis to declare them overvalued. At the same time, I'd have little basis to suggest them undervalued. :-)
