I hope the 200d ma holds.Aprox. 85 ish.If not there may be a head and shoulder pattern measurement to approx. 65ish.I"m no TA expert but I base this on the charting site I subscribe to called security traders.com I'm long in a big way with my core holdings and some 01 and 02 atm leaps I purchased recently.Also short the jan. 85 puts.Any thoughts? Good luck longs. Tom

I think it moves 15 points either way on the ruling. My guess is that the ruling is middle of the road, saying Microsoft is a bad bully, but only slapping their wrist.

Maybe a straddle is the way to play it. But I'm not very smart so I'm holding calls. I just hope the Judge just gets it over with next Friday.

I'm keeping some spare cash in case he rules real bad and the stock tanks in a knee jerk reaction, then I'll buy a bunch of calls.
