Voltaire,

All this talk about call options, leaps, etc. is past my knowledge. Can you recomend how I can learn more about these techniques? I realize that they are important in order to become a more sophisticated investor.Thank You in Advance.

Voltaire, the game is playing out pretty much as you predicted. How much longer do you think "they" will be able to keep a lid on the techs and Q in particular?

Are you going to hold to your strategy of moving to cash before Q's earnings report if there isn't an earnings run?

Just doing a little surfing tonight, and a thought comes to mind.
QCOM up 35
RMBS up 18
JDSU up 17
SFE up 10

All Just today. I was on a flight last week and noticed that they now stream delayed market quotes to the cell phones on the airplanes. Maybe "we" are watching the market a little to closely? With these blowout numbers today, the term irrational exuberance comes to mind. Maybe its just that I've started to watch the right stocks, or maybe in hindsight it will be obvious.

I do have to say that I'm more comfortable with this than the internutz stocks, but look at some of these moves. Rational?

Thoughts anyone?

It's a very rowdy world out there today, nephew. Emotions were very high based on Friday's optimism, so prehaps a precursor to a correction. Microsoft will get spanked on Monday, and Cisco may disappoint on Tuesday.

Your covered call play may be the answer for this week.

Angels be with you,
