Thanks for the summary. Sounds like the new management is really doing a good job of concentrating resources where it will do the most good in the long run. I also like the acknowledgment that they need to put more emphasis on retaining software designers because there is a very great shortage worldwide of competent software people. If management can create strong teams with good morale, they'll go a long way toward making the company very profitable over the long haul.
