No, that's not what I am suggesting. There was a case in the past where it appeared that material nonpublic information about the company's earnings were disclosed to third party investors shortly before the company made a public announcement. Watch the most precipitous decline in the stock's history last year, and you'll see that there was some heavy discounting of the stock price shortly before the announced earnings shortfall. That is what I mean about loose lips. RT
