David,

I wasnït kidding, as this post from the yahoo lhsp board isnït mine....
;-)
my yahoo nome de guerre is cdtejuan1@yahoo.com

I have been in this fonix fraud story since several years. i have been a naive fonx investor, believing the management and IR lies over and over.

You may search the fonx yhoo board on my name, I think I was posting on this dog since #40 or so.
This might discredit me of course since I have been long this piece of crap when I should have been short, and maybe one could argue that everybody should go long as Iïm bearish fonx...
;-)

Anyway, the point is that fonx investor relations hyped their stock for years, betraying their shareholders in press releases, calls and mails, even though they knew the reality would later unveil them as blatant liars in the sec documents later.

This MSFT duck can be very well compared to their story of hyping the stock while mentioning there was a connection to INTC.

In fact they (fonx) used the strong arm chip and tried to develop on this chip, but the story is the same...every company can ask for a strong arm, offering to put an application on it, in order to convince INTC etc later that they have a good product.

But, the point is, this has nothing to do with a relationship whatsoever, IF MSFT would think highly of fonix being a user/partner etc, can you please explain, why they refused to announce this themselves????? MSFT didnt, INTC didnt. They wont.

Like I said this is just the old fonx deception game, and the smart money knows.

As Iïve stated before, I congratulate all the former longs, day traders, etc who sold like you high after buying low few days ago. Actually I thought myself about riding this piece of shit for a quick gain. But knowing that delisting from nasdaq is not far away, I decided not to be a part of this russian roulette....
:-)
My point is, this news was nothing positive at all. The news was a vehicle that traders used for this bull trap, nothing more. The price will collapse soon. like it collapsed everytime it reached $1 some months ago.
This is for pure gamblers, not for investors.

Fonx will have about 200 mio shares at least when the death spiral financing (convertibles) is done, thats why the volume was so high and didnt lead to a jump back to over $1. Even if there will be some deals at least, what I doubt, I doubt the more that shareholders will be able to profit long term.

Regards, Juan
