Administrative fees? How about thinly diguised Tout Fees. Perhaps AENG would care to explain in further detail? What? I can't believe that the industrious AENG has not delivered the agreed to quantity of engines to UC Riverside. One would think that give all of the PR surrounding the "research agreement" that AENG would have expedited delivery of siad engines. Perhaps there are some other issues that have not been disclosed. Maybe durability issues?!? TRAV hasn't been on the bid with quantity lately. Perhaps the regulators have been breathing too heavily down upon he and Judah Wernick. A POS 'til the end.
