That was precisely the point of the question. Your post clearly implies that you believe Valence will not receive a contract for at least 2 years, at which time you imply CC would or could convert. Please don't be evasive; answer the question:
DO YOU THINK 2 YEARS OR MORE WILL ELAPSE BEFORE VALENCE RECEIVES A SIGNIFICANT CONTRACT, e.g. $40 MILLION? A simple yes or no will suffice.
