I sold all of my LU shares at 64+. am wondering when to buy back. The key issue in my mind is that during last cc, LU reduced its earning outlook on its December Q because it was planning to "smooth out seasonality". I find it hard to swallow. Did anyone feel the same way?

Add to that NExabit, and INSS sellers. Shorts are taking advantage of it. MY POINT to the thread is that a given stock will move for more than one reason. In short term NON-FUNDAMENTAL reasons account for the weakness exagerated by the EXODUS of weak shareholders, who interpret every downdraft as a sign of weakness in the company. Similarly, a stock can sky rocket like Sycamore with no fundamentals, because of scarcity of the shares(low float). That does not mean company is worth the trading price on fundamental reasons.

Bottomline is EARNINGS will drive the stock price in long term. There is no better time to invest in Telecoms than in next 1-5 years.
