On 9-28-99 somebody bought 60,000 Dec. 390 gold calls

And I'm sure you understand that the "big money" players out there have every interest in seeing those calls expire worthless so they can pick up the premium.

If I had a nickel for everytime some purchased a mess of call options on a stock that subsequently went down, I would be independently wealthy already.

How many puts are out there?

Regards,

Ron
