As of yesterday and at the getgo this morning the MS institutional desk was requiring a 5:1 commitment!
That means for every 5,10,15,20,etc block of allocation given, one had to commit to buying today 5x their shares in
the open market.

James,

Is that legal???

<<Still got your Wcg? >>

Yes, James. Still have it and not going to sell for
a long time. Plus, my entry point is only 26 and a
change, so dont see any reason to sell at this point.

I found out whenever I decided to daytrading, it most
often ended up losing. But the stocks I hold for
long term usually ended up to be a winner. Recent examples
were a daytrade loss on BWAY, but huge gain on ARTG.

Dont worry about my shorting. It is mainly for hedging
the long position of my AOL, YHOO, and AMZN. If I short
ASKJ at 90s, can't see how it can keep going to 100 and
above while all above three are tanking. The risk is
certianly there, but I will take it.

Congrats on your Vert!
