Most speculation is: (a) some sort of receivorship or debtor dispute action This is supported by theregister.co.uk (b)some sort of recapitalization, merger, privatization, or sale of all or part of the Company. This is supported by go2net.newsalert.com My favorite is some sort of combination. Possibly a buyer for HS has been arranged but is dependent upon getting rid of some earnout liabilities. CHS may want to renege on certain purchases, but certain parties may not be willing to let CHS renege. This sort of scenario will take a while to play out. Good luck, Area51
