Go back through these posts... I posted a comparison to Cerent about two days ago. Cerent has more customers, a product that is installed on live networks, more revenue and they didn't want to sell but couldn't turn down a $7B offer from CSCO. Now we have SCMR, one customer (who I might add may only be a customer because of the 200,000 pre-IPO shares SCMR gave them), $11M in revenue and a product that is still not fully baked yet.

Williams - SCMR's one customer actually has a contractual agreement with Cerent/CSCO to purchase $25M in product. They agreed to the SCMR testing and announcement in return they got 200,000 pre-IPO shares today.. that makes those shares valued at ($184-$38)*200,000 or $30M! So WCG got $11M in free equipment and $19M in cash for supporting SCMR in their press release...assuming the stock price holds and WCG can sell after the 180 day window. Pretty sweet...
