Mike,

I spoke with Jon Clark today. To add to your capacity conversation, Jon said VARL has room in its existing subscriber VCO production line facility to add a second line which will also be able to produce 10mm units/year.

Jon said VARL has learned quite a lot from installing the subscriber VCO line. He anticipates that VARL will be able to use the experience to improve production of their base station products.
