Francoise, when it happens not everyone will short, in fact not many more than today. What it will mean is that the people that do short will be able to do it a little more timely, meaning scummy companies, like the ones that you constantly push, will get harder, sooner. No short will be any more inclined to short good solid companies, and with the scum getting pounded, people will be more likely to look for good companies to invest in.

Of course there will probably be more whiners like you pop up, complaining about evil shorts, calling for people to invest in your turds because of imaginary short squeezes that are about to happen. Of course like you, those people will never face the reality of the situation, which is shorts go after weak scummy companies with REAL problems, that touts like you try to sweep under the rug.
