Numbers huh.. Well now remember you asked. What I got is the dang OS has increased to 28,063,358 and the Oversell is now 21M ... that leaves a 7M restricted ... For the first time I am concerned since last week it was 26M and 2M more have been issued. The Outstanding has increased slowly 5M in the past 90 days or 64 trading days for a dilution of 78,125 shares per day. ALso I do not see the 5M or 8M restricted stock for the Santa Maria Mine either. If if they give 8 M per property that is 16M +28M = 38M and I believe that leaves on 12M left for whatever. ALSO why has the restricted shares for the Snata Maria not been issued? Nor do I see a way for anyone to have 51% of the company except the float and streetname, which worries me. Also if the restricted stock has not been issued then are these deals done. I know they have an agreement but have they done the execution and how many shares are for these mines and at what price so the mine Fair MArket Value can be established. NOthing can be calculated right now. ANother words, I do not or rather can not get the evaluation of how many shares were issued for these two mines and what is the figures to make the share offering for acquisition. What is the mines worth vs the shares issued? I cannot get any numbers to calculate anything right now. Restricted is being with held but the OS and the track of the daily logs show there is a dilution coming in. ALso who is on the board and in control of this conmpany. Not to mention why is the arch mine only a week old and it was announced to be acquired prior to its creation? Why is everything thing being acquired only a few day old created companies? Right now I am very unhappy with the numbers because nothing is adding up. Also they need the value of the property to do the audits for the SEC filings. How can the audit be done if the maine have no value? Plus to get a value they need assestments or appraisials and where will they get the money to get those from? With todays increase which I expect to grow daily I am extremely upset. Plus I have a lot I would like to have answers to so I could do some calculating but I can get no figures to make a evaluation of this stock. Do not ask what you do not want to know! :-( GB
