The above about buying from me would be legal. However, the stock shares are sold to benefit the company that is raising capital for their expansion. The underwriter obtains commission of 7% typically for handling the IPO. The shares are not really owned by the underwriter are they? It seems to me this violates some law but I can't tell you which<G>
