These agreements are not legally sound. Onex will now soo management of AC and win, on too many grounds to talk about. Some of the more aggresive aspects of AC management make me wonder if they are actionable. I mean searching for a better deal is certainly in the shareholders interest' and very much part of their mandate. Making it impossible for an upgraded deal from Onex to succeed isn't. Is AC management once again placing their egos ahead of the shareholders' benefit?
