Spark, FONX needs to get their share price back above a $1 soon or they will be delisted from the NASDAQ.

It looks like they have a chance of doing it.

I haven't completed my DD as yet but so far FONX looks like they are on the verge of a major come back.

Here is a little information you may want to sift through.

I do believe that Reps from MSFT and FONX will be at this event on Monday.

Stephen M. Studdert is co-founder, chairman and CEO of Fonix Corporation, a human-computer interface company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Stephen Studdert was previously engaged in investment banking; as White House advisor, he served three U.S. presidents ? Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, and George Bush. He currently serves as director and former chairman of the nine-state $32 billion Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle. Studdert's bio reveals he is strongly committed to community service. He plays an active roll in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has given lengthy service to the Boy Scouts of America.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, Studdert is a member of the Board of Trustees of Southern Virginia College, from which he received an honorary doctorate. He is married to the former Bonnie Beck and they are the parents of six children.
