Dear Mr Druss In answer to your inquiry concerning your computer problems, we will be more than happy to refund your money, but again will have to ask you to return the computer we sold you, not your old one as you had suggested, but the one you purchased from us. Nor do we care that your old unit has valuable information that can be sold or as you put it 'ransomed' by certain parties on your blackmail file.
