You don't have to have a contract to be a customer. SCMR has one customer - williams.... they have generated $11M in sales. Seems to me Williams is the customer. Sure, there is no contract but that doesn't make them a non-customer. not sure what else you're trying to say or imply. Are you implying that in order to be a customer you need a contract? I guess legally a purchase order is a contract so that would mean Williams has a contract. But, you don't need a long term contract to be a customer - especially when two start-ups are involved. Look a little closer and formulate your issue so we can discuss.
