It seems there are two big questions in the investing mind about HUMC: can they execute their plan of transition into the knowledge portal business (in the process creating the business) and can they get more exciting earnings growth out of it? Less risk-averse investors will jump in as the first premise begins to become apparent; others will wait for the second. It seems as though, with the spate of awards, contracts, and positive stories about the knowledge portal, that the first is just around the corner. Is the second just around another corner? Look for more occasional upward surges over the next year, followed by a sudden push after HUMC's strengthened wings catch the earnings updraft.
