I think the whole thing is at these prices for the financing..that being done. The stock can go back up ?? Technically it could still go lower. The new low took out the 2.38 support. Until it trade above this new low and builds up some support points it is still technically in a downtrend. Fundamentally and otherwise I think the holders "feel" that the selling is drying up. The good stock markets today however helped a lot. WSP dove down in tandum with the meltdown in New York so it's not surprising to find it "following the market" today. We should all find out plenty at the StockTalk however from the Horses Mouth err sorry RT :-}
