Online Retail Partners: onlineretailpartners.com

When is Zenith going to announce its rumored (unconfirmed) new ecommerce partnership with ORP? With the big holiday season for consumer electronics purchases coming up, it should be soon.

The bankruptcy situation could be over on Monday with a call from Seoul to Glenview. The deal: bondholders made whole, minority shareholders diluted 50%, ORG to get 10% equity stake, MOT or MSFT to buy 10% equity stake and LGE continue to have majority control.

Win/Win/Win, the best deal for the entire community of Zenith Electronics, Inc. and LG Electronics.

It is not fraudulent per se to buy a troubled companies bonds and short its stock. It is a very common trade if one supposes bankruptcy is on the horizon. It's fraudulent if it is prompted by insider knowledge, etc.

One key to success for the shareholders would be to find evidence that a voting bondholder was a "front" or otherwise acting at the behest of LG.
