They have lists to pick from and if it's not there, tough? Weird. I was impressed that this doctor actually listened to me, though I think she was getting a bit irritated by the end of it when I kept quizzing her about ingredients and then nixing them.

I can't take decongestant any longer for the very same reason, makes my heart race and wires me. friend of mine, with allergies who had taken decongestants for years suddenly ran into the same thing. we've both sworn off them for good. hate that feeling!
