Right, Brian, but not the net proceeds to co, which was unkown, blank space for that in the filing. Apart from the co's business and growth story, before I know about almost anything else, I would want to know the % proceeds to the co itself.

After all, a money-losing co that will have accelerating losses in future Q's because of huge staff increases may have to come back to the equity markets too soon if they have enough of a burn rate - that would make me nervous. Seems like comparing ipo proceeds to co w/future burn rates + existing debt would be important.

Re the scmr valuation I agree. Who knows, maybe they will announce huge new customers every 6 weeks. I see they are targeting fairly small universe of big customers.

NAVI looks very interesting, they sure have some blue chip backers. Good luck with it.

Do you have any opinions on ICGE or VERT? I am watching them both for potential entry points at some time in the future.
