Bob, good counter, but then explain the drop in stock price. Dilution only permanently hurts if it doesn't add value. There has been a trading pattern for this company that can't be denied, there is always selling on PRs and CEO messages into the news. I am CONVINCED (confirmed by communication from Dennis (remember him?)) that Global sells stock to fund their operations. How else are they raising money? Ed says they have no debt. Think it through, I think my theory works given the history and information we have. No senior moment here, please give it another walk through objectively. I look forward to your comments.

Bob,

When things get tough, Jensen shuts up and lets Twiford do the "unofficial" talking. I must say that I have heard a fair bit of "unofficial" talk in the past. Truth is somewhere beyond that. One thing that I am certain of is that the Jensen-Twiford-cum whoever complex is caring well for their interests, but I have grave concern for mine.

There is no credibility in this "currently non-reporting" company and we shareholders are "informational paupers, to say the least".

Current announcements and current share price indicate a crisis situation in which management and other insiders are grabbing what they can here and shareholders can be damned!!!!!

It appears that this company has been operated to the benefit of certain insiders, and not to the benefit of its shareholders. Many smart folks of money have been fooled by Jensen and crew, and the chickens are coming home to roost!!

The departure of De Noble is telling. Many have come and departed unnanounced here. There was no explanation of that by the company. Whatever happened to Mr. X, who was to help the company with his impeccable abilities? No info, no info, no info---That is GPGI--No info, and that will be its downfall, period!!

Let me clarify, perhaps that has already been its downfall!!

Non-reporting, and providing no information, whatever, Jack!!!
